Processing Time Please note that all items are made to order and require processing time before they ship. Orders are processed within 7–14 business days, beginning from the moment payment is received.
Shipping Time Once processing is complete, orders ship within an additional 3–5 business days. Shipping time begins only after processing has finished — not from the date the order was placed.
Business Days Business days refers to Monday through Friday and excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Delays Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, including holidays, sales, and promotional events. Nells will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant delays.
Total Estimated Time From the moment payment is received to delivery, please allow approximately 10–19 business days total (processing + shipping), depending on order volume and item availability.
