Every piece is handcrafted to order — here's what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment your set arrives.

Shipping

  • Processing Time Since each piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 7–14 business days for your item to be made before it ships. Processing time may increase during periods of high order volume.
  • Delivery Time Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Shipping Rates Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Adjustments

Since every piece is handcrafted and made to order, we don't offer returns or refunds. If something needs a fit adjustment, we're happy to help.

  • No Returns or Refunds All sales are final. Because each piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
  • Fit Adjustments If your piece needs an adjustment, send it back to us and we'll alter it to fit properly.
  • Return Shipping Shipping the item back to us for adjustment is the customer's responsibility and cost.
