Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales are final. EcoAscend LLC dba Nells (“Nells”) does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Returns are accepted only in the two situations below.
1. Items Damaged in Shipping If your order arrives damaged, you must:
• Take a photo of the damage with the original packaging clearly visible in the photo
• Email the photo along with details of the damage to mailto:info@shopnells.com within 48 hours of receipt
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a return shipping label will be emailed to you. The cost of the return label is the customer’s responsibility. Upon receipt of the returned item, Nells will determine, at its sole discretion, whether to issue an adjustment or a replacement — no cash refunds.
2. Incorrect Measurements If the measurements provided for your item are incorrect, you may return the item for adjustment by emailing mailto:info@shopnells.com. Please note that corrections may take up to an additional 21 days to complete.
General Terms
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Claims submitted after 48 hours of receipt will not be honored.
• Return shipping costs for damage claims are paid by the customer.
• Nells has sole discretion to determine whether an approved return is resolved via adjustment or replacement.
